On reddit, a US citizen says they got a notice from DHS (with his middle name listed as his first name) declaring they owe $730,000 for failure to depart after a removal order. Given DHS' outsourcing of skiptracing to contractors, suggests very poor investigations. www.reddit.com/r/USCIS/comm...
