Hey everyone in #baltimore, I’ve always wondered: my grandfather was a white man born and raised and an altar boy and all in Brooklyn, born 1930. Decorated military. He always pronounced it EYE-talian. Like spaghetti: eye-talian food. Was that some kind of local dialect, or was he just…dumb.
