First he uses clips from the movie to insult the driver (Keep the change, ya filthy animal), gives the driver a measly tip of 20 cents, and finally, for literally NO reason other than pure SADISM, he scares the driver into believing he is being shot at. WHY?! Why does Kevin do this?
