We dumped $17 million $4 million over budget into a Reflecting Pool "makeover" involving blue paint and a $1.7 million nanobubbler. We blew roughly $1.6 million, on fireworks just to leave a mess. Millions spent, and we still woke up to a trash-filled pool. Iconic.
