I never claimed to be a lawyer. But I do read opinions of smart lawyers. Maybe you should stop listening to non-lawyers who give BS opinions on complicated laws and know that your pathetic pipe dream is a waste of time. The legal process would go all the way to SCOTUS and would waste resources .
