I would guess IF it ever ran, it would probably just run between the capitals. 6 hrs to London. As the Cali can't keep up with Eurostar speeds, it'd be sent on the local lines. So rather than 2 1/2 onwards to Paris it'd be more like 5 hours. So a 9am arrival would need a 10pm departure.
