I would guess IF it ever ran, it would probably just run between the capitals.

As the Cali can't keep up with Eurostar speeds, it'd be sent on the local lines. So rather than 2 1/2 onwards to Paris it'd be more like 5 hours.
So a 9am arrival would need a 10pm departure.
