Thanks for the reminder. I'm going to set my unit to 84 and use stand fan to move the air. It's going to be over 100 here tomorrow. Luckily I do have shade trees to offset the heat the house will be getting.

Everybody needs to take me time. I just took 3 days off, this is last day. I needed this. Just time to relax, which I know is hard to do. I'm sending virtual hugs, warm face cloths, warm mineral foot baths and soft music. Be kind to yourself.

I've been trying to make more individual freezer meals. I freeze sauces/gravy/soup into ice cubes. Wrap cake slices in parchment. Freeze serving sizes of foods on parchment and the put in one container. Since they are frozen separate they don't stick together. It's been working pretty well.

It is. I haven't made in a years, its takes a few steps. But once its made, you can take how much you want. It's microwavable.

Thanks! This is just reminding me why I stoped doing editing. lol But this is a favor for a friend. I'll get over it and the writer will eventually either make the changes or go to someone else.
