My 91 yo father w/a broken back was kicked out of rehab bc he had medicare advantage. When I went to apply for medicaid, the nursing home rep told me to pay them instead of the $7K I racked up on his Amex to pay for home care bc insurance threw him out. I've seen 1st hand who is committing fraud.

I'd have more respect for her if she just blew him live on TV for a couple bucks and a pat on the head because that's essentially what she's doing.

I called my lawyer abt my what happened to my son in public school. He confused my case w/another one he had abt a young kid hit by a school bus aide. My son’s issue was similar-Aide abuse.
