My dude, here in SE PA, I just paid &4.34/gallon at COSTCO. Costco—notoriously and consistently .30-.40/cents per gallon cheaper than Wawa & others. If COSTCO is near the mid 4s for a gallon of gas, with my hand on the Bible, your constituents are not OK w/any of this. GTFOH w/that bullshit.
