Supreme Court! Everyone talks about “packing it”, but I have what I think is a better idea. A) Even it out! No tie breaker. Split the court ideologically 4/4 and when there is a tie, they need to work together to come to a decision OR if deadlocked, the lower court decision stands. 1/
