Why did they move the save picture button up to the corner, I liked where it was

Meds I have to take for a few days make it harder to sleep, spent more time trying to get to sleep than actually sleeping, frustrating but I haven't reached insomnia levels, hopefully it gets easier to manage and it not it's only a week I have to take them
