The only way to cover this is to say plainly, repeatedly, and pointedly: Trump is knowingly lying about what the intelligence says, about what happened, and he's doing it in an attempt to change election rules in his favor. This isn't analysis. It's demonstrably true.

See, I have a hard time writing "ICE shooting," because I don't think "shooting" needs to be qualified. But that's also why "officer-involved shooting" sucks. I think this all over-complicates it. "ICE officers shot and killed two people in less than a week." Direct, subject-verb, sentence.
