I have found that "challenging" myself to write just one sentence gets me over the hump of the fear/paralysis

Just had my 6th Spravato treatment and I feel great ^^ This is really going well

Hoping I can finish this 8/8 story for the big day within the next 3 or 4 days

I used to think of the idea of "Don't be sorry, be better" as overly harsh or critical. In my present situation, it's a driving force. I will be better.

Need this song today. I'm not a bad person, just healing from a lot of trauma. Stick with me, the best is yet to come :3

Now that things are getting better, I'm acutely aware of my failures to live up to my own values. I have not been kind. I'm thankful for the people who didn't give up on me. To anyone I hurt, I'm genuinely sorry. I'm honestly trying, though. Hopefully time will heal us all.
