the bloop IMO is a poor rehash of kenos with next to nothing new presented and feels made for the sake of just being a superbuffed hard wave level, not to mention the stolen assets

a lot of previous creators who have made event levels would fit the teaser and song but have already made levels and some more recently, like arclias friend group with Eta Carnis, kira with Blackfire Backfire, debihan with Stronghold, magpipe and co with Heave Ho etc...

theres nobody that fits perfectly but I think theres are still some pretty sound predictions. subwoofer has made 2 event levels so serponge isnt out of the question BUT space invaders wasnt built to be an event level (like skeletal)
