Death Meets Cute by J Penner. This book was “cute” fairly low stakes, fast read, very low spice and enjoyable. It isn’t memorable & not something that makes you think deeply. I would recommend if you need something to relax & that is well written. I would read another by this author. #booksky

It is genuinely bizarre that we’ve become acclimatized to right wingers throwing a tantrum every time a black person (particularly a black woman) is cast in something, but are also supposed to pretend that this is not racism but related to some other substantive concern.

My husband has 20 books at most to his name & most of them I bought him or are old books we use for decoration from his late grandfather 😂 some people have ADHD & prefer reading articles & listening to podcasts 🤷‍♀️ they are still fuckable. U need to watch out for people who read Hannity & other idiots
