Digital artists who have started incorporating more traditional work - how on earth do you manage it? I have all the materials I need but any time I'm not working on commissions, the personal work I'm doing is digital (usually portfolio pieces). Did you put aside a whole day for traditional?

ahhhhhh tysm!!! I recently started to just work from silhouettes and I use the colour I choose for them as underpainting. So it's all on one layer, underpaint a dark reddish desaturated brown and I paint with oranges and yellows on top of it
