I have no accommodations that I can think of, I thought a petition they had us sign was for earbud accommodations but I was stupid and didn’t read it properly;;; so now I’m just stuck tight situation rn, tomorrow I’m gonna ask if I can my hours reduce so that I can have an extra day off

What I have should have done is ask him if I could have give the manager my number and if they needed me to do something I would do it for them, today sucked and I’ve been dreading going into my “semi” part time job for a while now

Anyways my boss out about this told me to basically not do it anymore and that if it happened again he would cut my hours, understand he suggested talking to one of the grocery manager to ask them for stuff to do

For context i switch over to doing closing shifts when the new boss was installed and I’ve been finishing my work fast, and so (and this is on me) ive been “wasting time” to make it so I when I finish my work I finish when my shift is about to end, really bad tactic I know
