My fitness goal this year is to be able to do a single unassisted pull up (I’ve neglected upper body strength my whole life don’t bully me) and I’m finally able to start doing little teeny tiny baby negatives when a month ago I couldn’t even deadhang for 5 seconds.

Worked out so hard yesterday my whole body is sore everywhere and then decided that I should ride my bike to my sisters then come home and workout again. This is normal and good for my recovery i think
