Just wrote a very unfriendly email to CM Foster, whom I gladly supported in the election, expressing my dumbfounded disappointment that she had to find a way to vote against universal school meals for Seattle's kids. I'm not even a parent, nor do I intend to be, and I can see the goodness in that.

"Universal" is the opposite.
been playing this and have to say it is a fantastic, fascinating, and at times deeply frustrating game. don’t be afraid to look up help if you get stuck (and you will get stuck), because the journey is absolutely worth it to cheat a little.
